Job Summary

What will I be doing?

As Sales Coordinator, you will fully support, from administrative, customer service, and sale lead development perspectives, the Sales team to develop future and repeat business. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
  • Identify new contacts, develop sales leads, and respond to sales opportunities in order to maximise revenue
  • Understand fully the hotel amenities, packages and promotions
  • Generate and develop sales leads and contact potential clients to build business relationships
  • Produce quotations and written confirmation to all clients
  • Produce accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of the Sales Director and senior management to include the reporting of appointments, calls made and business leads
  • Monitor customer satisfaction regularly and resolve any outstanding issues to ensure future business
  • Arrange and carry out Hotel show rounds

Housekeeping Attendant

Job Summary
A Housekeeping Attendant will support all Housekeeping and Laundry with guest requests analyzing each request and delegating between the team members, so that work can be done in an efficient and timely manner ensuring an exceptional experience for our Guests.


What will I be doing?

As Housekeeping Attendant, you will support all Housekeeping and Laundry team for all aspects by delegating the day-to-day activities Housekeeping and Laundry within the hotel. Specifically, a Housekeeping Attendant will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
     
  • Ensure consistently high operating standards in every area of Housekeeping and Laundry, as identified d by the hotel brand standards
  • Monitor the appearance, standards, and performance of all Housekeeping and Laundry Team Members with an emphasis on training and team work
  • Provide excellent guest service
  • Actively works on availability and release of Rooms for Guest Service along with Floor Housekeeping Supervision
  • Manages the controls of the Housekeeping department, such as: frequency of employees, release of master keys, book incident, input and output input and output uniform and linen, among others
  • Responsible for checking daily the guest information in CRM and ensure that the preferences and requests of the same are met on time
  • Request flowers for special occasions (marriage, death, maternity ...). Besides providing embroidery for special linen (wedding and pampering)
  • Control makes monthly Lost and Found and donations
  • Check the uniforms and send for c leaning and / or repair
  • Coordinates and controls all traffic of documents and people within the department. Does releases linen of Laundry daily
  • Makes daily guest clothing release of guests that use the laundry service
  • Makes monthly closing of Laundry expenses and provision of same
  • Replaces (a) Laundry Attendant in case of holidays, days off or absences

Waiter

Job Summary
A Waiter/ess is responsible for serving guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while having extensive knowledge of menu offerings.


What will I be doing?

As a Waiter/ess, you are responsible for serving guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Waiter/ess will also be required to have extensive knowledge of menu offerings. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
  • Manage guest queries in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner
  • Serve Alcoholic/non-Alcoholic beverages in conjunction with licensing/liquor regulations for residents and non-residents
  • Ensure knowledge of menu and all products
  • Ensure mis-en-place is well stocked at all floor stations
  • Follow correct reporting procedures if faced with issues
  • Ensure Food and Beverage orders are of a consistently good standard and delivered in a timely manor
  • Practice Hilton Grooming standards including uniform dress code, cleanliness and personal hygiene
  • Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation

Electrician

Job Summary
An Electrician will repair, maintain, install and monitor electrical equipment through the hotel and respond to all electrical related emergency calls.


What will I be doing?

As an Electrician, you will be expected to will repair, maintain, install and monitor electrical equipment through the hotel and respond to Guest, Manager, Team Member, and emergency requests promptly. Specifically, an Electrician will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
  • Perform maintenance work on a wide range of electrical equipment
  • Assemble and install electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment
  • Install audio/visual equipment in Guest rooms or function rooms along with microphone and lighting systems in function rooms, as requested
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to emergency calls
  • Conduct inspection tours to ensure that electrical equipment and lighting is working properly
  • Complete the preventative maintenance schedule and incident reports
  • Maintain all tools, equipment, and working areas to proper condition
  • Keep technical training knowledge and skills current
  • Tag electrical items and maintain a register, if required
What are we looking for?

  • Previous electrical experience, preferably in a hotel or a similar varied work environment such as ships, hospitals, or retail businesses
  • An electrical trade qualification, required

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work without close supervision and within established time frames
  • Strong work ethic
  • A passion for managing a variety of projects and tasks throughout the day
