Academic/ Professional Qualification
·   Bachelor degree in IT
·   CompTIA A+ or CCNA equivalent professional certification is preferred.


Technical skills Required
·   Strong organizational skills.
·   Excellent communication and documentation skills supported by solid written and verbal communication proficiencies in both Korean and English.


Experience
·   Minimum 3 years’ years’ experience as an IT administrator (Preferred 2 to 3 years of experienced professional).


-   Experience and understanding in

   √ End user support
   √ Workstations / Laptops OS installation / configurations
   √ Microsoft Windows 10 / Office 2016 & 365
   √ Capable to support iOS and Android devices


-   Infrastructure:
   √ Minimum of 3 year hands on experience in network engineering
   √ Minimum of 3 year hands on experience on Telephony
   √ Strong knowledge in commercial use audio / video technology


Desired
·   Experience with network server infrastructure.
·   Experience with networking/remote access including virtual private networks.
·   Experience with audio / video network, servers, and devices.
·   Cisco VoIP (Call Manger, Contact Center, and Unity Connection).
·   VoIP design, implementation, and troubleshooting.
·   LAN Switching and WLAN.

          Major Duties & Responsibilities (Job description should be attached)
1.      
·   Report to Director of Industrial Relations.
·   Work under guidance and supervision.
·   Support IT users by reporting, and resolving basic user IT issues. Configure operate and maintain end user IT systems & devices and office IT infrastructure.


2.      
·   Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware to domestic users.
·   Support troubleshooting of Information Systems hardware and software for corporate and remote employees. The scope of hardware support includes IT related equipment (laptops, desktops, printers, cell phones, telecom, printers, etc.) and field operation of AV equipment such as Polycom, Audio, Projector, Display systems. Software support includes but is not limited to, Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office products and various corporate business applications.
·   Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.


3.      
·   Follow and create technical procedures training manuals and train computer users. Setup, administer and utilize helpdesk tools, user self-service center and ticketing systems (BMC remedy, manage engine, etc.).
·   Install, modify, reconfigure, update and repair computer hardware and software including OS and antivirus software by coordinating with senior colleagues. Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), VoIP and other systems. Install simple computer peripherals for users (such as printers, scanners, etc.). Configure and troubleshoot user mobile phone with configuration (such as active sync, Wi-Fi access, etc.) and configure back end systems.
·   Create and maintain an inventory for company IT assets such as computers, monitors, phones, mobile phones, tablets, etc. and create business plan forecasts.
·   Provide help and guidance to junior colleague.
·   Perform other miscellaneous duties as directed by Director.
