Job role and responsibilities:

Operational

Mail Runs, collection/distribution of documents and materials, bill payments, inter office runs, other external clients.
General administration tasks including filing, photocopying, scanning and preparing document packs.
Transport services (delivery of personnel and materials) using company vehicles as directed by supervisors and manager.
Operates passenger vehicle / van in accordance with established safety procedures.
Preparation and cafeteria assistance in Meeting rooms to staff and official visitors within the QR premises.
Notifies supervisor of current or anticipated repair needs.
Deliveries between Qatar Airways Group offices and offices in Hamad International Airport.
Maintain company vehicles in good condition and to acceptable standards, reporting vehicle and engine problems.
Maintain daily transport information accurately and record vehicle mileage.
Ensure the delivery timetables are met.
Ensure all interactions are conducted whilst maintaining high standards of Customer Service.
Safe custody of equipment, money, documents and materials when in transport.
