Job Title: IT Technical Support Engineer
Type: 12 Month Extendable Contract
Location: Dubai
Rate: Negotiable 
  • Initial 12 month contract working onsite with one of our key clients in the Middle East. They are one of KSA's largest retail chains and they are expanding their business to the UAE. 

Essential Requirements for the Job

  •  You need to be a very strong communicator Fluent English is essential
  •  Experience providing comprehensive Level 1 and Level 2 support to end users
  •  Experience troubleshooting, upgrading and maintaining hardware, software, POS units and networks 
  • The client is looking for someone who can work off their own initiative with little supervision, with strong personal skills, being able to train end users on how to use new hardware/software 
  • Understanding of ITIL best practices will be advantageous
